For those wanting to attend ( if you are not going to the Jamboree ),
When- Saturday 27/09/08,
Meet- At Gate No.6 on Heathcote Rd, Menai.
Time- 8.30 a.m, sign-in by 9.00 a.m. in sign-in area.
Bring/wear decent shoes/boots,gloves, have own recovery, food/drink of choice.
Participation at a menai clean-up gives you 12 months access rights to use the tracks at Menai (weather permitting) on "Official" club runs there.
As per new access arrangements you must post up your intent to go to the clean-up and pm me your Rego details by Monday 22/09/08 so I can book you in to attend the clean-up. Last minute arrivals will be turned away from the clean-up.
I am not attending this clean-up as I am going to the Jamboree ;D.
