Hi guys,

I've got a friend coming over for Camp Coffs and probably has some spare room in his luggage if anyone would like anything form the US (ship to his house).

Use a freight forwarder if you need to, you ship to them and they ship to you. For something like that though have a look at Pick and Payless (http://www.picknpayless.com.au/) at Blacktown, they regularly have XJ's in there and this sort of thing is an easy bit to get :)

Hunno,
If you are talking about the belly skid plate, it apparently fits straight on. The plastic beasel for the 242 from an American ZJ for the T/Case is a swap over as it was a standard option in America when a 242 was selected instead of the 249 T/Case. Would have been great to get either of the 2 V8's available as well but never was........................

The Aussie 242 beasel from an XJ will have to be trimmed down to fit snuggly into the T/Case selector thingy. The American ones from an ZJ are a straight take out the old and put the 242 one in. The selection points from the picture seems right for the selection points when mine was in. Just make sure you keep/use your ZJ gear selector linkage, not the one on the 242( won't work to well otherwise). Paid $10.00 for mine, $00.01 seems to be a good price presently for one. That Jeep parts dealer is where I ordered from but he will not ship overseas including Canada??, but there are ways around that.......................
