The Automotive Engineer magazine - Feb 2012 edition is reporting a recall on;
Sure Power Battery Separators sold thru ARB for Dual Battery Systems from Aug 09 to June 11,
Model 1314 (S/N 09004545-10008041) and Model 1315 (S/N 09002323 - 10003168 ).
Some units may have internal circuit board capacitor failure which may lead to smoke and fire...
The article states if you have one you should disconnect it immediately and contact Sure Power on 1800 649 913 to get the unit exchanged.
