dam $hit, p00.

I'm spossed to be at kyanah's school trivia night but I've just told heather one of yoiu has put a call out for "Comp Practise" so this is officially a practise run for the comp team with a trip thrown in for others wanting to attend if you ever talking with heather OK.

How "bad" is that track Wiz and how "good" are the bypasses (if any?)

hmmm ... to be honest , its not uncommon for even the bigger trucks to struggle in certain parts and bypasses are pretty much non-existant
.... even more so if we end up doing it the opposite direction :D

Appin is about 15 minutes from Campbelltown heading towards Wollongong.

time is depending on how many trucks go. Have done it in 3-4 hours with 3 cars and have done it 5-6 hours with 6 and more cars.

its a great track that is worth giving a go at least once

I would really love to go on this trip but already have a prior engagement on Saturday. Maybe I will see some of you again on the Sunday Menai cleanup if you haven't had enough of wheeling this weekend.

Have fun a take lots of action video, Rach.

Think I'll go ahead and sit this one out and go for the cleanup at Menai instead... :?

There was some talk on OuterLimits this week about a bloke who went down to Appin only to be followed around by cops on bikes. They stopped him and drilled him on why he was there - claiming that because it's crown land he was not allowed to be there.

This is pure BS of course, because you are usually allowed on crown land without permission. The fact that the police are hassling people for being there though is a bit wierd..... maybe the colliery has had enough of people near their holdings.....

Here's the thread: http://www.outerlimits4x4.com/PHP_Modules/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=52013
