If you got a Happy Birthday message on 01/01 and it's not your birthday it means you haven't actually set your birthday in your profile as it defaults to 01/01 ;) I seem to be getting a lot of "Thanks, but it's not my Birthday" messages this year ;)
So go set it in your profile if you'd like it on the right date :)
