Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had a transmission jack I could borrow for a day? Or if anyone has any experience replacing a TJ clutch without one, any tips? Northern Beaches, but can pick it up from anywhere in Syd.

Thanks in advance.

Andy

If you're doing it in your driveway you could use one of these https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/TRANSMISSION-GEARBOX-TROLLEY-JACK-CRADLE-ADAPTOR-TILT-ADJUSTABLE-FREE-POST/331881988969?hash=item4d45b54369:g:OD0AAOSwMmBVrhH t

I bought it to lift the transmission and transfer case out of my father in laws 60 series Landcruiser to do the clutch in my driveway. Was still a biatch of a job, but managed it on my own unlike several years earlier when I did the same job and required another 2 guys as well as myself under the car to bench press that mongrel of a box back in. My body's getting too old to do that sort of work in my driveway anymore lol
