Grand Cherokee Internal Fuse Box

Hi all,
Brand new to this forum and need some help on my recently purchased 2014 Grand Cherokee.
Wish to hard wire a Dash Cam and after studying the owners manual not sure whether there is in fact an
internal fuse box. Looked at videos on YouTube on US models, no problem where to find it. Not so on Aus model.
Owners manual not specific, but one picture only refers to box in rear right quarter panel behind where 12v outlet sits.
Can anyone confirm this and whether it would be suitable to piggyback wiring here.

I don't know for sure as I don't own one, but normally on late model cars these can be located behind the plastic dash panel near the steering column. Manufacturers do hide them pretty good on some makes and models
