Thought i might do a quick blurb on my Jeep.

Purchased it 2nd hand in June of 2002. Was stock as a rock apart from a set of very badly worn 31's. Put a set of 31 MT/R's on and started wheeling it. Oh i also had the worlds worst set of side steps courtesy of the fine folks at Steel Horse.

After a long time planning, dreaming, planning and dreaming of getting the jeep lifted a great opportunity came up. I bought LEXX's old suspension bits and a Sydney wrenching day was convened for Easter 2003. All went well and soon the Jeep was running a shade under 4 inches closer to the clouds. A SYE was fitted a week later to keep the ride a bit less vibey.

I wheeled it in this state for most of 2003. I first ran stock OME shocks but these were too short so purchased a set of 5-way adjustable Rancho 9000's.

    The Jeep at JAD 03.

    Wheeling in the Watagans.

After getting some extractors fitted at the end of 03 i was in the spending spirit and bought a set of 15x8 Black Steelies and a very well priced set of virtually new 2nd hand MT/R's in the 33x12.5R15 size. These went on at the end of the year even though gears and lockers would still be a while off.

Eventually mid way through 2004 funds became available to do the diffs on the jeep and i filled them with some 2nd Hand 4.10's (cheers Pizzazz) and ARB Air Lockers front and rear. This opened up a whole new playground of trails and potential for carnage.

VERY NICE Jeep! Very Nice! In looking at some of the pix....the trails that you are on look amazingly similar to trails that I wheel on near my home here in Tennessee, U.S.A.!
