I'll have to give my apologies for tomorrows meeting. I have to attend a compulsory work function (Airforce Week Cocktail Party) and doubt I can get away in time. Gotta love rent-a-crowd functions

From my point of view last nights meeting was a success.
We had a good attendance.

ARB made us feel welcome, provided drinks and nibblies, had staff available to assist with sales and information.

The GME lady gave a very informative talk on radios and in particular the various antenas that are available to suit differing situations.

I hope that those members present gained something useful from the meeting.

Yep, a great night. ARB made us welcome and the info on the radios and antennas was interesting and no doubt useful to many. Also good to get a decent turnout especially considering the rubbish weather.
