Max Tyre Size for 2" lifted WJ?

Looking to fit in Muddies for the WJ with 2" lift or should I go 3.5" to fit in a set of 33s?

First I'd confirm the right height as there are alot of discrepencies as to what hieight you get when you do so.
With a 2 1/2" lift I can fit 245/70/17 BFG's. which is about 31" tyre. with that I just get it to fit with out hassles but others have put larger but not much I think. You'd have to cut alot to get 33's IMO

You'll need a minimum of 4.5" to fit 33's...and still trim the front bumper.
