To far for me tomorrow, my daughter only just came out of the hospital after getting pneumonia so she is still not the best and I'm exhausted, maybe next time.

I've got the ok from the wife to go for a quick run in the morning so I’m committed now. If there are any takers you can meet me at 8.30am at the car park next to the sports oval on the Princes Hwy between Sutherland and the park entrance (Google Maps reference -34.051139, 151.051127).
I’m planning on going for a run through the RoyalNational Park to Stanwell Tops where I’ll take a 10 minute break for a coffee before a short run down the coast road for a run up BulliPass and home again on the old highway. The round trip should take around an hour and a half so I should be back at Loftus Oval by 10/10.30.

yup. its a blast to ride too - it has two settings "off" and "on"!
...the speedo maxes out at 70kmh - then flashes its "speed warning" light :P
