Can any one weld

I have a small weld requirement on my Jeep where the rear sway bar hinges on the top.
If anyone is able to or know who can do a small weld, please let me know. I need to keep costs down
I tried it my self but it made meal of it. I made a small metal brace as well bout not sure if that's required.

Do you have a welder? It is very tentative but I might be coming back to Sydney. If so I can get this done for ya.
