Thanks to all those who turned up. The weather gods were good to us, we were packed up and ready to leave when it started to rain. People appeared to enjoy wandering around the old township, some availed them selves of the sulky rides.
At lunch everyone sat around in a large circle and told tall tales and true.
Dave Grime won the bottle of wine for the show and shine and Danny Riley got a Jeep plaque for equal first.

Thanks Bear and Maggie for a nice day out...... We were a bit late but the kids enjoyed the Horse cart rides and the relaxed atmosphere.... Next time I will make sure we get there early enough to enjoy the whole day...... It was nice and totally different to the normal SJC day out.......

Can we please have some more days like this.... ....

    Thanks once more Maggie........

    Mani

PS: We found the pink and blue cupcakes at the Meccas on our way back.......

Yep, it was a nice day out and a great way to finish off the weekend before back to work.

Thanks to everyone who came to Wilberforce today. It was lovely to meet 'the other half' of members who usually come alone to meetings or trips. One encouraging thing was that everybody who attended today thought we should have more days like today, or even easy, social camping weekends.

We will work on this and appreciate any suggestions.

Maggie... ...it was a perfect day for us... ...seeing everyone there - thank you for putting it on. We are so so sorry we were late - a few family issues, but ended up really well for us here. Thank you again.

It must have been the little streaks of mud on the rims that cost you on the day.................... Sorry I could not attend for the day....................
