Favour requested in Baulkham Hills

I have a 'dead' XJ parked at my mothers place in Baulkham Hills. Unfortunately my sister put it on the street before it died and now the council have given 3 days before it gets towed at a cost of $500. Is there anyone around the Baulkham Hills area that could assist in towing it off the street and onto the lawn, as I won't be able to get down to Sydney to pick it up for some time yet. Carton of beer in it for you
