Early TJ with no intermittent wiper?
Well that was me untill a few weeks ago.....

My wiper was playing up and so I decided it was time to fix the darn thing.
But never content to just fix it, it had to be modified at the same time.....So I bought a replacement steering column wiper stalk.

These can be purchased from Jeep dealers for about $120-130.
I purchased my preloved stalk from Mascot Motors for $46.

Then just removed the shroud from the steering column, unscrewed & unpluged the original stalk and fitted the new stalk.....

Voila I now have an adjustable intermittent wiper
    Hope that helps someone....

Thanx mate, was thiking of it for the November or december issue so that'll give you plenty of time.

How'd you go after the trip to Bunnings. Might be time for another "Wooders back Yard" article like we did in the Thing.

But I think that'll just show your better half just how many more rigs yuo've added to the collection.
