I've got tjm side steps/ rock sliders, the transfer case swap I don't think ill be able to do that, saving the lift is a job idea hopefully I can just fit a set of 30's on it, with the disconnects I'd have to wait to the link so she the size

31's fit, and are normally cheaper as the are a more common size. Disconnect's would be the 2nd thing(after tyres).
Transfer case anything between $150- 400. Just need to wait from the to come up.

Yes just front sway bar, but the biggest advantage after muddies.

OK with a budget of Approx $1k here's what I'd do:
    2" BB Lift (P/N RE8030)
    Swaybar Discos (P/N RE1140)
    Front Tow Hooks (P/N 11236.06)
    HD Tie Rod (P/N 18050.51)
    Front Floor liners (P/N 12920.26)
Less SJC Discount would bring it to just under $1050.
Heck if the $1000 was concrete we could probably do a deal to fit husky floor liners instead and just round it down a little
