    Default 98 zj fuel gauge problem

    Fuel gauge has a mind of its own usually at 1/2 tank the gauge has a mind of its own, anyone come across this if so what's likely causing this, pretty sure it's the sender unit

    Could this also be related to the crank sensor??

    Yep mine goes haywire at 3/4 - empty, full, empty, full every couple of minutes. After about 5-10 mins of driving no more problem.

    Not for the fuel gauge, it's a stand alone circuit.
