This could discourage any potential Qld club from hosting Jambo 2014, and time is getting short on finding a host. If Jambo is not in Qld next year that's going to mess up some of the big trip planning that has been discussed to add onto a Qld Jambo.
Perhaps we need to accept that there will be no Qld Jambo, other than a Leo Muller one and work out our plans from there.
There was talk of a rolling jamboree starting in Queensland and ending in SA ?

Sounds to me like a "for profit business" as stated by glend, trying to cash in on what has previously been a very popular and potentialy profitable concept, by tempting us with a familiar "catch-word" JAMBOREE (quite a sly move)

That sounds like fun, but OMG the organisation! Booking campsites, mechanical support...
BUT, run it in the opposite direction from SA to QLD and that could fix some of the other trip concerns that GlenD hinted at :-)
