    SteveF and all.

Just got back from Rydal area today, there were really strong winds up that way today, so we may need a chain saw or ALT (noting restrictions) for fallen trees! Plus lots of fallen trees around the showground (future clean-up task!!!)

See you all up there Fri or Sat

    Cheers

I'll bring a chainsaw. What are the restrictions?

Don't take a chainsaw on trips, lots of restrictions. I have a bush saw in the jeep after the last trip

Open fires are fine, just try and use existing fire pits or grass less areas. Don't chuck glass and cans in either as we need to leave it as we found it

Cool, I'll leave the chainsaw at home and bring the axe and some firewood

They'll be tons of wood at the showground so can probably leave the fire wood at home to if you arrive with some daylight

What sort of solution are you looking for? Might know where I can get a stock one that I can bring up.

    Steve,

My apologies on the chain saw suggestion! I meant for using at the Showground only!! Lots of dead fall and a few "widow-makers" hanging out of the surrounding trees.

    Cheers
