Sunny Corner to Turon - C Grade

Hi Everyone, I am a newbie here and I would like to get a feel for driving offroad before purchasing Jeep Wrangler. Ben kindly suggested to come along on the day and be a passenger. I have a few questions, How long this trip will take? Can I bring someone with me? And do I need to bring anything?

Ben here.

I would be happy to have you and one other person along with me. Now just so you know, I don't drive a Wrangler, I drive a Grand Cherokee.

On the day you might be able to jump in with some others who do drive Wranglers and find out more of how they have set up their rides. That will depend on each driver.

You will need to bring suitable clothing and footwear, water, and lunch. I have a fridge in the back to keep things cold.

This trip starts at 9am at Lithgow McDonalds, where you would need to leave your car, unless you meet me closer to Sydney, and will finish mid to late afternoon.

Hi Everyone!!!

A quick update for Sunday.

First, a bit of news. On Wednesday at the Sydney Jeep Club AGM, I was elected as the new Trip Coordinator for the club. Very exciting indeed!!!!

Re the run this Sunday, we are on track for a great day with 13 Jeeps, + a guest who will ride as passenger with me initially, and I hope with a couple of other drivers as well throughout the day.

The weather looks pretty good, with a minor possibility of rain, and it will be windy and cooler.

Looking forward to seeing you all at Lithgow McDonalds for a prompt 9am departure.
