Added a couple of quickfist clamps to the other side of the rack.

Grabbed a 4 Gallon (15lt) Rotopax for the roof, I like the low profile and the fact I can strap other light stuff over it as they are very strong.

Also easily fits on the boot floor, which is handy for transporting empty. May get a water carrying one for the rear floor.

Geez, you find some good stuff! Have you looked at the Rotopax mounting brackets?

I may still get a mounting bracket but they are pretty expensive and I don't really need the quick release so will probably make one that attaches it to the rack with wing nuts.

Decided to get the rotopax mounting plate and deluxe mounts. Had it all on the Jeep in 10 minutes ready for this weekends gold country trip. Later on I will get the mount extensions and another 15lt rotopax for a total of 30lt of extra fuel.

All worked well in camp Did forget to take the plug out of the spout when I tried to empty the Jerry into it, luckily Dave pointed out my mistake

Picked up a trailer, cheap and will do the Cape and Fraser with no problem Will probably put shocks on it and loose a leaf or two from the spring packs but that's about it. At some point I'll change the pintle ring to hitch type that doesn't make any noise.

Replaced the military loom with it's huge 12 pin NATO plug with a standard 7 pin flat plug loom, wiring was a bit of a guess but I only got the brake and taillight the wrong way around the first time. 30 mins from no light to this

Next job, fit the two adjustable panhards that I picked up today. Second hand but only on the Jeep for two weeks so like new. Also means I'll final fit the correct size bolts I picked up ages ago.
